1. Contact the Bee within 15 days of receiving your order to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
2. If possible, pack your shipment in the same packaging your order arrived in.
3. Ship the product to the address provided to you with your RMA. Include the RMA number on your shipping label.

Conditions

• Only items with their safety seal intact and in resalable condition will be considered for refund. Any other items will be considered for store credit.
• We will not issue refunds nor store credit for items damaged during return shipping.
• We will not refund the cost of shipping the original order nor that of your return, however we will cover the cost of shipping any replacement product back to you.
• If you receive a damaged item(s) with your order we will replace it with an identical product(s).
